Mim's Birthday cake

This was a fruit and nut cake, well matured with maderia (some might say a little like Mim, not me though) and covered in funky colours, with a slightly 70's theme.

Man United cake

This was a moist carrot cake for a lovely guy in our office, it is just a shame that it was Man U red and white not the mighty Forest red and white - oh well.....

Cala Lilly Cake

A classic cake, orange cake with a fresh, home-made lemon curd filling, the cala lillies are hand-made, and there was leftover curd to have on toast afterwards...ummm

Princess Cake

Now this was fit for a princess, the dolls skirt is edible, it was glittery and frilly, just right for little Rosie.

Mum's Birthday cake

Jessie's 4th Birthday cake

When Jennie asked me for a horse's head cake, I was thinking mafia and lots of jam, but I think this was slightly more appropriate for a 4 year old. A vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream, there was just enough left for Mum and Dad.
