Venetian Mask cake

This was for an artistic friend, so I modelled a venetian mask and painted it with golds and burgandy, and draped a sugar paste cloth over the cake balancing the mask ontop, amazingly nothing fell off either!

Claire's Handbag

This was an ace cake, for a friend's 30th birthday, and the handle stayed standing - phew! The filling was three layers of vanilla, jam and sponge, lovely

Mim's Birthday cake

This was a fruit and nut cake, well matured with maderia (some might say a little like Mim, not me though) and covered in funky colours, with a slightly 70's theme.

Man United cake

This was a moist carrot cake for a lovely guy in our office, it is just a shame that it was Man U red and white not the mighty Forest red and white - oh well.....
