This is a special cake for a school friend of mine who had a naming ceremony for her second son, Alex Luke. The cake was a present for both her and her husband and they seemed thrilled with it. I have used the teddy bear and building block idea again as it effectively displays names in an original manner on a cake, whilst keeping it simple and classic in design.
This was for Juliette, the daughter of a friend, and was a simple design, practicing my writing skills and also the butterflies. Her daughter was thrilled with the cake, especially as it had her name on it, it made for a special day for her.

And it is another cake for work, this time Stephanie, who is quite sophisticated therefore I needed a cake that matched her personality. This was a chocolate cake with orange butter cream - a classic chocolate/orange combination and red marzipan roses, it went down very well.
