Striped cupcakes

These are some stylish looking cupcakes, for my brothers first Fathers Day, this is a simple design where different colours can be used to good effect.

Meg and Ben's BBQ

This was a cake I made for my niece, Meg and my best friends baby, Ben. It was their first meeting at a BBQ in our garden. To celebrate I created this cake that had two teddies (one boy, one girl, obviously) on top and the babies names on the building blocks on top, luckily their names are both short and symmetrical! The cake was a carrot cake and it is moist and healthy (dairy-free)

And this is when I started trying out some ideas on the girls at work, luckily my colleagues enjoy a cake or two and they have all been only too happy to try them out - and have loved them all. This was the first time I made butterflies, everyone was so impressed - they didn't believe that I had done them!!
